/gamerule scaffoldBuildLimit <number>

This would be great to allow for players to change the amount of blocks scaffolding can be built out with. The default as of now is 6 (i think) and I am sure some minigames and players would love to change that. I am sure a command can be run to do this, but it would be so much better with the customization, easier to access.

    This would require quite the rework, as this is actually controlled by block states, and not a global thing.
