    Why would you prevent aging? If you kill a mob’s baby, it drops nothing except maybe a exp. point. Adults are the ones that drop meat, leather, feathers, eggs, fish, plants, etc. What is the point of preventing aging? Adults are the most helpful.

    Maybe it should be based off of a mechanic already in the game, like how if you put a nametag the mob won't despawn, so why not tweak it so the mob won't change at all when given a nametag, or their data is static after being given a name.  I feel like baby animals could be extremely useful when considering hitboxes and how they affect certain farms, to respond to Claire Hartman.  Plus, aethetics of having a perpetual baby in your base like a puppy or something.
