Snow golem spawning in snowy villages

In a snowy village with at least 10 houses and 8 villagers, there should be a 1 in 3500 chance each tick to spawn 2-3 snow golems.

Snow golems will stop spawning once there is a 1 to 4 snow golem to villager ratio.

    Have snow golems spawn in groups of 1-3 to combat their relative weakness compared to iron golems.

    Agreeably, yes there should be more per spawn. I will change that.

    And the Iron Golem shouldn't be aggressive after a Snow Golem hits him with a snowball.
