Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Fungal wood

Fungal wood that's dropped by giant mushroom stems

A new grayish white set of wood that is only obtainable from giant mushroom stems.

I really like variety in minecraft and i think this would make sense in minecraft, mabye you could even add a new stem for brown mushrooms, but just the current one is fine.

The wood would be able to be made into all the types of stuff regular wood can make. Its planks would also have a different texture since mushrooms dont grow like wood does.

I think this would help the game because right now giant mushrooms aren't used for much.

    Hey congrats on being ahead of the trend - they might not be greyish white but there is certainly fungal wood coming soon!
