Village Structures with Subterranean levels

What if using the new Jigsaw blocks you could have random sub levels added to structures. It would be fun to discover a crypt in a temple or a secret underground room in a villagers house. I've experimented with datapacks and it seems that any sub levels added end up becoming the first floor when the structure populates in game.
