A NBT tag for evokers to determine their vex

This NBT tag is called "VexEntityTag", it determine the NBT tag of summoned vex by this evoker, for example, if you want summon a evoker and he can summon vex holding a diamond, the command is:

/summon evoker ~ ~ ~ {VexEntityTag:{HandItems:[{id:"diamond_sword",Count:1},{}]}}

If the evoker don't have this NBT tag, he will summon vex regularly(holding a iron sword and possbly be enchanted randomly)

    Oh, that's a really good idea I didn't even think of at all.
