The curse of the half block (Pickaxe)

I think I have a new curse for the game and it's call, curse of a half block. What it does is it can apply to pickaxes and will make it so when you break a block it turns it into half slabs. One potentially cool thing is it can have a small chance to get 3 slabs instead of two and also have a small chance to only give 1 slab. One other thing is you could add a new resipy to the game called slab glue, it will require a mixture of concrete powder and stone.
