For farmers and adventurers: Rare seeds!

I think a good way to bring more fun, more life and a bunch of SURPRISE in Minecraft is to add the "mysterious seed", a rare seed that can't be reproduced by farming and can only be found in treasure chests and it's rarely dropped by zombies. What will grow when you plant it? You don't know, what kind of plant it will bring to life! That's the surprise! If you are lucky, it will grow a golden apple tree! these trees look like normal oak trees but some leafs will always drop a golden apple. Maybe a stalk will grow out of it, wich grows into the sky! climb the beanstalk-like plant to get up high! Sometimes a mysterius seed will grow golden bushes which drop treasure like gold/iron nuggets, emeralds and diamonds when harvested (you got to be really lucky for diamonds and emeralds). But if you are unlucky, there will grow a stinking rafflesia. rafflesia will give you a debuff when you are nearby (like hunger, slowness, weakness or nausea). And if you are really unlucky it will grow a plant monster (venus flytrap-like) wich spits poison at you! But it could also drop something useful. The first growing state of the mysterious seed always looks the same. (more surprise!)
