Devi mob

needs info

 I want a Minecraft  mob called Devi  it would live in the end an it teleports it can bite you and makes you be Poisson it lives in the overworld  and end world so will mine craft add it o and it has  1 damage the attack 4 and hearts of devi 10

    What would it do, where would it spawn, and why should it be added in game?
