Ol' Betsy Advancement

Right now the Ol' Betsy advancement is just to shoot a crossbow, and if you kill a mob with it you also get the Take Aim advancement. So I would change the Take Aim advancement to force you to use a normal bow and arrow to get it, and also change the Ol' Betsy advancement to kill a mob with a crossbow
