Scaffolding could be improved

I think that crouching to descend scaffolding makes it hard to crouch on the edge of a pillar and place scaffolding horizontally without descending. Maybe we could hold shift and space to not descend, but crouch? Or maybe have a separate button to descend?

    Hope Mojang sees this, it shouldn't be to hard to implement as it already works with creative mode flying!
