Illusioneers

Where's the illusioneer? The Illusioneer was added in the world of colour update. (1.12) and was never actually implemented into the game. It can now only be summoned in with commands. Now barely anyone knows about the illusioneer because it's exclusive to java edition. I think it would be great if:

Illusioneers randomly  spawned in either woodland mansions or their own generated structures.

I also think it would be awesome if the illusioneer could be added to the ps4 edition as other players could enjoy them as well.

    I think it would be great if the illusioneer protected the allays in the mansions. It would make getting allays much more difficult.
