Block Minecart

I think people should be allowed to have a minecart  that they can place blocks in and build off of, so you could make a road out of rails and then build cars and boats and drive them around on it.

    The idea is great but I bet it would be a nightmare to avoid lag with it. Maybe with the same 16 block limit that pistons have?

    It would be a really good idea for those, who want dispenser minecarts.

    I would say, because of lags, it should only one block be possible to place.

    But on this way you should be able to place any kind of placeble block in it, even shulkers or enderchests.

    And may the Target Block should make the minecart invincible for projectiles
