Allow scripts to manipulate vanilla ui and display

I propose that we should be able to use vanilla ui and display elements to create new HUD components  within the scripting api,such as having access to things like the map display be able to be used in scripts to make a minimap along with coordinates. Or even be able to make a new way to show potion  effects that are on a player or a way to display scoreboards in a way like console edition's minigames

    I would love this! It would be nice to be able to add simple overlays, I personally would just love a full rehaul of server-ui, that adds more customizable ui and the ability to modify existing (in-game, not pause menu) data.
