Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Stair Crafting

Since there were more stairs introduced, I remembered something I thought before. The original crafting for stairs we all know, but I would like to get rid of the part that is 3 items wide, so it would fit in a 2x2 space. Let me explain. If you did that, the material used in it would be equal to the output. 3 full blocks equal 4 3/4 blocks, because (3/4)*4 is 3.

    i think instead the recipe should give you eight stairs instead of just four. just like what you were saying, right now it costs six full blocks to make to make four stairs, (or 3/4 of a block,) which equals half the original six blocks in volume.
