Learn to code. Put simply if you wasn't to make add-ons you are going to have to know how to code. MC add-ons are coded in JSON, a great resource for learning JSON is W3 Schools it is 100% free, https://www.w3schools.com/js/js_json_intro.asp .
However, I do agree that a coding program similar to Android studio with the ability to see in real time what your code is doing, and test it with the clock of a single button, would be very helpful. However, a knowledge of coding will still be necessary as not everything can be done through a gui.

This would also take out the complications of opening files and you wouldn’t have to download 3rd party sowfware to make the Addons. I think this would be a great idea to have the app.

This would be epic dude! That is what I was going to give feedback on right now XD! I also want to create add-ons. Before, I used mcpedl.com to find addons created by others. Then, I moved on to creating my own addons with the Add-On Maker for MCPE app. That didn't work out pretty well, even though it didn't involve coding. The app would crash a lot, and sometimes the addons I created wouldn't work, or even export! I've always wanted an Easy-Working app to create Addons for Minecraft. I have so many ideas for addons that I wanna share with other players, so the creation of the app that you're talking about, would make the community get even closer together.

I've seen certain 3rd party apps that do this, and they all vary in functionality. If Mojang made an official add-on creator app, it'd make it easy for anyone to make anything, and would auto generate all the scripts and textures into the proper folders. Just toggle what properties/abilities each block/item/entity/etc is able and not able to do.

I would prefer that Minecraft makes a detailed tutorial on how to create add-ons. I've created plenty of add-ons, and let me tell you, it's not hard to do. But it was hard at the beginning figuring out how.
