Ender dragon should drop a dragon head

A simple quality of life addition, you take the time to fight the ender dragon and unlock the end islands, but after the fight is said and done you have to steal your trophy off the front of a ship, it feels a bit anticlimactic. It would make sense for the ender dragon to drop a dragon head when it dies

    How would the Ender dragon drop it? Would it appear on the End Gateway like the Dragon Egg? If so, how do you stop it going through the portal? Else, would it just drop normally, e.g. like how the Wither drops the Nether Star? Sorry if this is too many questions.

    I mean it's whole body is being destroyed so I don't see this happening.

    Yeah, also it could be like a trophy for defeating it.

    If it is either killed by a charged creeper or even just hurt at one point by one it could do this.

    I agree because if it doesn’t drop a dragon head it would make no sense.
