Mining (Creative)

  Now that we can eat in creative, we should be able to mine in creative also! We should be able to mine ores and cut down trees like in survival mode. I love this game, but would like to be able to do the same things in creative that I'm able to do in survival. I would like to be able to go back and forth between the two modes without having to change how I react to things to much.
