The right fix to a right problem!

I've seen this complaint throughout the community and i think that this is a good fix. When many players are on a server, sleep barely happens meaning phantoms are a big problem when it gets later on into their spawning patterns in big groups. Many players say they are more annoying than dangerous in this situation so creating a sleep potion is a balanced way of fixing this but I think there is an even better solution.

Rather than removing or tweaking the way phantoms spawn a potion that resets the time until they come could be useful although a potion just for this problem doesn't fit into the generic themes of the other potions and seems a bit overkill for a problem like this. I think it would be better to implement a pause on the phantom timer with night vision potions. This would give night vision potions a boost of use as they don't seem to be used that much. Using night vision potions also would be easier to fit into the lore of the creatures as they are a phantom which feeds off of insomnia which night vision potions have a lot in common with.

I think that Sleep Potions should either reset the Insomnia Timer or allow the player to sleep anywhere as long as they have the potion effect. The former may fit better into Minecraft

If insomnia gives you tiredness (such as being slower or weaker), there could be potions that reset a players insomnia but not their tiredness and then other potions that revitalize players but don't reset their insomnia

These may not be potions but rather event causing effects like Bad Omen. There could also be effects for Nightmares and Dreams, the former making it so you can only lay in bed, the latter giving increased sleep benefits

It would be interesting if there were potions that could put players to sleep, making it so you can force others who refuse to. Because this may be too OP, it may just make the game see the player as asleep even though they can still move. They may have slowness and weakness as if they are tired until the effect wears off or when everyone goes to sleep and wakes up

Phantom membrane already makes a slow falling potion. We need a different ingredient
