Armor Enchantment [Glow]

Since travelling in a dark place without torches happens all the time or you ran out. I was thinking of a glow enchant for armor. but it sounds a but silly. so kaybe putting restrictions like mending cant be with infinity. or cant he mixed with depth strider or frost walker.
