Predator versus prey system

Add a Predator versus prey system, as in the mobs that already kill other mobs will eat the meat, if any dropped. This could be expanded to other mobs (like cats will catch their own fish when their owner isnt giving them any, if their near water that can be fished from, or dolphins will chase cod and kill the mob, then eat it.

    The predator pray system should be revamped, the Wolfs shouldn’t leave the meat on the ground, the should hunt because they need to. Maybe adding a timer after a wolf eats before it agross again.
