Higher enchantment lvls

On the new minecraft Xbox one can you make it so the enchantment lvls are higher I'm talking like in the 1000s and higher

    Like bilbo said, 1k is ridiculous, so I would say AT MOST, X (ten).

    If you have Bedrock Edition I think there are command blocks now. If so, try placing a command block and entering this:

    /give @p minecraft:stick 1 0 {ench:[{id:19,lvl:100}]}

    If that's correct (working from my memory idk) you should now have one of the most effective and painful methods of fast-travel that you can force upon your friends whenever they're looking at you the wrong way. It looks hilarious when you're on a mountain.
