Addons for everyone, including beta testers

Addons should not be allowed to just only PC and IOS versions of Minecraft PE, or at least if addons won't and can't be released to everyone, then why not the beta users, I think they deserve it for testing the beta ideas, I myself am apart of the beta on Xbox One and just hoping there would be addons. Conclusion, I feel addons would give a chance for everyone in the community to be more creative and for people to have fun with other people's addons, addons shouldn't just be free to other PE players.
