Please specify that it does not support ARM devices on the download page at least.

I was hoping to get a Raspberry Pi 4b to run a Bedrock Server on, but it seems the Minecraft server software doesn’t support ARM yet. Please make this available to us.

I could justify buying more copies of the game if there was an ARM server that could run on a raspberry pi.

ARM is the future! Humanity needs all applications to be compatible with ARM.

Please compile for ARM. Not only for running on raspberry pi, but other cloud containers that offer cheap ARM instances.

The server runs on Java and should work anywhere Java works. Idk if there's any ARM Java 1.8 version but there should be

personally I would love to see people turn their old android phones into Minecraft servers. imagine thousands of old phones instead of going to landfills hosting servers

It seems like every month there's someone that echoes this request. I guess I'd be the September guy. So yea what the others said lol

I was waiting to see if there would be a September person. If there wasn't, I would have done it. I call October!

I really hope this becomes a thing soon though.

I bought the 8gb Pi4 only to find that the official bedrock BDS won't run on it. Nukkit just didn't feel the same experience.
Please can we have a BDS compiled for Linux ARM?

I would really like to see an arm version of the bedrock server! I am currently running pocket-mine in a docker container on the raspberry pi 4.  However, the experience (even with plugins) is not even close to the official vanilla version of Minecraft bedrock edition!.

Please compile the server for ARM processors as well!

Seriously, only 352 people voted for this?! Come on this would be great! Especially since they released the 8gb rasberrypi 4 and the rasberrypi 5 WILL be more powerful!

    We need ARM support!

I highly recommend this for Mojang to broaden Minecraft multiplying younger children.

Recent few years, many of elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools are using arm processor devices for example Raspberry pi to get IT skills.

I off course know Mojang want to broaden realms for own business.

But some of people can't pay cost for it for long term playing of Minecraft multiplying, Especially children.

I hope that Mojang release ARM version bedrock edition server.

As of late, Apple has announced that they are going to switch from x86 CPUs to ARM based CPUs. Knowing that the industry usually follows Apple's trajectory, its not far fetched to say that eventually everything is going to have to be compiled to run on ARM based CPUs. Compiling the Official bedrock server software to run on ARM based CPUs would ensure its future compatibility.

An ARM compatable pre-compiled binary for the official server hosting software would be fantastic and greatly expand the platforms which are capable of running Minecraft Bedrock servers.

I imagine it would also help speed up adoption of pocket edition in an organic manner by removing one of the niches java edition has over BE.

I'm pretty sure that any device that runs Java8 can run a Minecraft Server, and I'm confident that you can use 32-bit Java builds to run the same software.
If you're talking about the Bedrock server, then the devs would need to compile a version of it that can run on your architecture.

Imagine how cool it is to create a server from an old smartphone running 24/7 !! How disappointed I was that it does not work on arm .. Vote!
