The Emerald Enchantment Table

There is currently only one enchantment table in the game, which is of course the diamond one. I think there should another enchantment table in case you find emeralds or a village before diamonds in your world. Let me explain to you a bit about this table: Obviously it would be crafted with emeralds instead of diamonds in the recipe with the obsidian and the book! Hopefully you would be lucky and find the obsidian in the chest of a blacksmith, anyways the emerald enchantment table would do everything the normal diamond one does, only goes to level 30 enchantments. So... Basically useless on its own same as the diamond one, except here's where the good thing comes: If you place a diamond enchantment table next to an emerald one (or vice versa) then you'd get a special enchantment table with a enchantment level limit of 40 instead of 30, and you'd have a very rare chance to find a mending enchantment in the table. YES!! that's right, you can now have a mending enchantment come in through an enchantment table.

    . This idea doesn't add either new. For an emerald variant to the enchanting to be using it should differ from the original. Firstly if it is better than the current enchanting table it should use obsidian, maybe instead of that, it could be a material that is difficult to find the nether (see the nether lacks content so the table would be adding content there). Secondly, the table should be different from the original. Maybe instead of enchantments, it gives curses. These curses could be a buffed or alternated version of existing enchantments but with a drawback (for example a buffed Protection I + Cursing of Binding or a version of Fire Resistance which allows you to swim in lava for 10 seconds + Curse of Vanishing). 

    The player can get better or new enchantments at the price of a random curse

    I don't see the how this could be. That's like saying you put 2 Enchantment Tables next to each other I'm sorry to say.
