It’s possible in regular worlds.  I would think it would be possible on realms, but I am not sure.

It is not possible in realms. Not sure why it still isn't.

I honestly think they should also add 2 permission levels one called owner and the other one called co owner so when owner’s offline busy or just doesn’t want to play any co owners can ban or kick out anyone break that specific realm’s rules but operators could only kick and they can keep the operator level for when the owner and any co owners are offline

First, I know that plugins can't be added to Realms, but it's the idea that I want to convey.

I really wish we had permission management "like" the LuckPerms plugin for java servers. LuckPerms is a permissions plugin for Minecraft servers found on GitHub. It allows server admins to control what features players can use by creating groups and assigning permissions.  I mention it because I've used it on my own modded server I had before moving to Bedrock Realms and it was the most important plugin in my opinion.

I could restrict actions, like placing lava, for a user group created for my son's friends that couldn't follow the rules. lol

I could also selectively grant some of the admin commands to a moderator group without having to give them all admin commands.

I could also selectively grant some of the admin commands to a trusted-users group without having to give them all admin commands.

LuckPerms permission node system is amazing so I'd love to see something better than what we currently have in Realms, which as you know, is only Visitor, Owner, or Member and we can't even customize those!   What IF I wanted my Visitors to be able to interact with doors, buttons, switches, but not build or break things?  What IF I also wanted Visitors to not have to eat food or take damage?  This can all be configured with a better permissions management system.

    Thank you for reading.

I used to host my city world on PS3 Edition/PS Vita Edition in 2014, then PS4 Edition from 2015-19, then Bedrock Edition on my PS4 before Realms came along and made moving to PC possible via the download world button. I don't host on my PC because it's honestly easier to use a Realm so I can jump between PS4/PS5 and PC seamlessly- I can even use PS4 Remote Play on the PS Vita to get some extra life out of it. I wish there was at least a command for issuing permissions individually- It really does seem like a downgrade (considering [Name of Console] Edition had individual permissions) and it should be the next big thing for Realms because they honestly work very well regardless of where I want to play- I just wish I could make it so people can fly around and explore places with doors and stuff without worrying that they'll destroy 10 years of building progress while doing so.
