Cyborgs

Add a way for characters to become cyborgs and be able to have it's own abilities, maybe storyline, and achievements

    Get a cyborg skin for the looks, and use the /effect command for the powers.

    Thing is with the cyborgs, i can't see a way how they can fit into the game
