info.json files for resource pack and behavior pack

A new files info.json files for resource pack and behavior pack, in this files it will tell an additional information for for resource pack and behavior i.e Changelog. Every pack pack contain an info button and to see additional information of the packs (written by the pack creator) This files has longer description and also the pack creator can put a Changelog of a pack they made and anything what creator want to write in this files

    This is a great idea but instead of that, it should be new variables for the manifest.json file that makes more sense.

    Oh, yeah. I don't think that it's better to be make it a new variables for manifest.json file.
