The best outcome for me, is still to have the mash-up pack to be put on Marketplace on PC / mobile (and other devices) for players (and I) to buy. With my logic, that would mean that even when the buyer is in other territory, the buyer could buy a genuine versions of the themed outfits there, and do not rely on parallel import.

The Super Mario Mash-up Pack is put to Marketplace, but trying to get it in the site yields an error "Something went wrong, please try again", and from the source I found, it's gate-kept to Switch 2 only, so I can't find it in Marketplaces in Minecraft for Windows, or even Minecraft for Switch 1 (for now, as the mash-up pack being build-in on Switch 1 might be the reason, I may check it again after).
If the mash-up pack stayed put in Marketplace after Minecraft for Switch 2's release, This may be like a store where an art with themed merchandise was put on a free market, but staffs say "it's out of stock" as an excuse of them unable to sell or even show the themed merchandise for those who don't have a specific card (which includes non-Switch people). Until Switch people who have an (experimental) next generation of Switch territory card showed up, they then show and sold the merchandise to them.

Still, I want the mash-up pack to be made available to PC and mobile (and other brands / platforms) so players (and I) can enjoy the mash-up pack on any device

Clearly you're in a wrong place, we are in Minecraft by the way.

This is like a cultured service was placed in some international locations, but can only accept specific type of people.

IMO the mash-up pack is the most ported one because it is gate-kept, just like one place IRL that had reservation of separate amenities, they got international backlash from others until they removed that "law".

Before you state on the racism any further, my devices (that includes PC and mobile) already have the Mario Mash-up, so mine's also special.
