Logs build by player and generated leaves

Hello i posting this idea with accepting that i could be only one who is annoyed by that.

My idea is if it is possible to reprogramme game like that the Wood logs place by player will not associate with leaves on the trees generate by game but only leaves placed by player.

For me it is annoying when i am building something with logs in the middle of woods and after i need to manually destroy floating leaves around my building.
