Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Hardened Glass

We should have a new variant of glass: hardened glass. A 2x2 recipe of regular glass would make 1 hardened glass. Hardened glass will drop as an item when broken without Silk Touch, can be stained (or made with stained glass, but it all has to be the same color), and can be crafted into hardened glass panes (also including stained). You cannot get hardened glass panes with a 2x2 of regular glass panes, you have to make it from hardened glass first. It would have a thicker border around the edge and less lines in the center.

    Well, now with 1.16 and the smithing recipes, now we can have a better way to upgrade our current Glass.

    1. First, find a Smithing Table, and have Glass and Iron.

    2. Second, open the UI, and take Glass and Iron.

    3. Third, put 1 Glass on the left and 2 Iron on the right.

    4. Finally, take the Reinforced/Hardened Glass.

    This makes sense and has more balance than simply crafting it with 3x3 or 2x2 Glass.

    Tinted glass is already in game, made with 4 amethyst crystal & glass block. It is more durable than normal glass.
    However, I think explosive-proof or even projectile-reflecting glass could be made using 1 diamond & 8 glass blocks= 8 tempered glass.
