(Content Request) Elytra Skin Pack! Marketplace pack!

 I was thinking... browsing through images, I saw a minecraft image:

I think they should make more of them, like ender dragon wings. But Mojang and the community can come up with more designs, surely. The pack should have either:

1. A blank skin with a custom cape. The cape is not visible, but when you put on elytra, it changes the texture. You can change the blank skin to your skin (somehow), so you can rock your wings with your skin so you don't have to sacrifice your cool skin for designed wings.

2. They have matching skins and capes. Like the previous, the cape is not visible until the elytra is visible. For example, it is a skin that looks like a phantom, and the cape comes with a phantom skin so you can be a true phantom xD.
