Cloudy/not cloudy

Each day has a randomized amount of clouds, some days are clear, some are completely covered in clouds.

This could be adjusted using a command like /cloudy 0 for no clouds and /cloudy 10 for a sky covered in clouds.

    Maybe if they are lots of clouds a higher chance of rain and if there aren't any rain is impossible

    Oh yes. I’d like this. Could probably be used for making a creation in the snow and have maybe the doweathercycle put as false just in case, yeah toggling cloudy weather would be neat.
