When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).
This block resembles a dropper and a dispenser but instead of giving items, it sucks in mobs, items and players. The stronger the redstone signal it gets, the stronger and faster it inhales. There should also be a way to invert the Suction block to make it blow away items and entities. This block could be great in making wind based puzzles and maybe even a wind powered elytra boost to get you off the ground.
