Hold-able command blocks

This item would look like a Buzzer (Like those in game shows) but if the player is in creative, they can open a menu similar to that of a command block. You can program it with commands and use it as long as it is in your inventory. Also, there would be a command type exclusive to this hold-able command block which would be called "One Use" (This can be reset in creative or by other commands). This would give many opportunities to map makers so that players would have only one chance in doing something.

    Its always a hassle to go activate a command block or type a command (especially on devices that don't have the best typing options) so this would almost be a necessity to have when creating amazing structures/cities or making a map.
