A new mountain biome

I love the old mountains (extreme hills) from 1.6.4 They should be added back as a different biome to the mountains we have now. The 1.6.4 mountain terrain was so random and had a lot of huge wide mountains, lakes, weird terrain, overhangs, its all covered with grass and some oak trees and just overall a cool experience.

I want Minecraft to improve on the old extreme hills biome, not just a copy and paste. for example: Add some decorations to the old extreme hills biome. Make mob spawners have a higher chance of spawning there. Change the grass color to a forest biome color, add a mountain village with exclusive chests.
