Gardener: Buys and sells seeds and plants, this way you can sell excess wheat seeds for profit or gain access to various types of dye.

    That is literally what a farmer does.  I do not understand the dye part at all.

    They are just like farmers.How about they trade flowers, berry bushes and tree spalings rather than agricultural items such as crop seeds.Farmers can trade crops.So there's no need to have a new Villager to trade crops and seeds.All we need is a villager that can actually trade gardening items.Remember gardeners are not farmers.Im fine with the flowers and trees but not the crops.Please re-edit your statement and add more details to become more understandable.Its a good idea but luck of details.
