Protectors are Knight-like mobs that guard strongholds, they are violent mobs that wander the halls of strongholds and wear a large set of armor. To kill them, the player must hit off their armor, once its destroyed they're weak and can be damaged. Each piece of armor breaks after 3 hits, the parts that need broke are the chestpeice, leggings, and helmet. The player has to swing at the Protectors torso to break the chestpiece, the legs to break the leggings, and the head to break the helmet. Each Armor piece gives off a noise and effect when it is broken.
Moves: The Protector can block some attacks from the player, swing his sword at the player, and kick the player back when he's hit to much, knocking the player back a bit. The Protector can also throw his sword at the player. The Protector can also leap at the player with his sword.
Counters: When the Protector throws his sword, he has to go and pick it up, leaving him vulnerable to attack, The Player can also block his sword throw with a shield, The Protector is also quite slow due to his heavy armor, the player can use his slow speed to their advantage. The Protectors sword swings can be blocked by a shield.
The Protector mob should be added to Minecraft because Strongholds don't have much of a special threat to them aside from normal mobs like skeletons, zombies, and spiders. As well as the silverfish not being much of a threatening mob for an ancient stronghold.
