Lions

Lions would spawn a 16% chance in the Savannah and will hunt down anything (including you so

be careful!!) They will take down 8 damage every half second and have 30 health.

    How about a funny feature with cats, if a lion sees a cat, it should possibly try to roar at the cat and the cat just meowing louder until the following happens 99% chance for the lion to roar back at the cat and fight it, 1% maybe lower chance for the cat to actually scare the lion, and it become dominant, which if it was your cat causes all lions to be tamed to you until the cat dies, and anything that harms you or the cat take damage. They follow the cat that's dominant to them, and if it's a non tamed cat will kill anyone who goes to close, and the cat or lions that follow cat can no longer be tamed. Its add some nice redstone defences and features, also they need a separate mob for dominant lion and if theres 2 nearby maybe have them fight until one dies, which then it doesnt die but becomes a regular lion instead. If a dominant lion trusts you then all lions you make via breeding another lion with it will also trust you unless you kill a dominant lion in the pack, adding a unique taming system for them

    I think that there should also be something like hippopotamus or water buffalo that they hunt naturally in the savanna you know just to keep him happy

    Creepers would also be scared of them, obviously. However, lions could actually attack them, making them the only mob that does.

    I think if "MOJANG STUDIOS" Added a lion They should make it have its own prey and they should add more mobs with it like a hippo or a hyena or something like that but They should spawn in desert jungle and savannah I also think Minecraft popularity would rise if lions existed in Minecraft.

    A Lion can be Hostile first but if the Player has any type of Meat, They can be tamed and even be treated like a Wolf that we already have in the game.

    Some Customization should also be included I think.

    I’m thinking the behavior could mimic polar bears combined with if it’s a new moon then the lions become hostile instead of just neutral.

    I want Lions as much as the next guy but because some species of lions are endangered due to poaching so I think Mojang might pass on this one like they did with the sharks. But other than that, the other thing I would change would be the spawn rate as I feel like 16% is a little too short.
