Fake Block Mob

This is a pretty weird idea but a fake block would be kind of funny to find. This mob can come in a verity of appearances and would spawn in many bioms (grass blocks in fields, Stone/cobble in caves, etc) and would look just like an ordinary block. When a player hits or mines it, one-block-tall black stick legs sprout from the bottom and the block will wildly run in circles and zigzags around the player before running away. When killed they will drop their corresponding block. Even though this rare mob sounds useless, it would be a really funny addition that will certainly freak out many players.
