OpenUI command (was: New command to open UI)

I had kinda come up with this on the fly, but, this command would be made to open UIs from anything within the game. "/openui <target> <ui_type> <data/access/varient/varient_access> <X/X1> <Y/Y1> <Z/Z1> <X2> <Y2> <Z2>" I figure you guys could probably understand it as it sits. However, if you need some explanations, I would be happy to let you know with a following comment if necessary.

So I can open a gui of any mob without that gui existing? Like say for example.. a pigman
