Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Multiple rider Minecart (was: Massive Minecart Change)

Make Minecarts fit 2 people. Add a Minecart lead that you can craft with iron bars. This lead would be able to attach up to 10 Minecarts together. This addition would make rollercoasters actually function like rollercoasters because there is more than one Minecart riding it at the same time.

    Minecarts need a complete makeover. The physics are all wrong. Merging does not work. Pushing a loaded cart is a trial (as in a pain in the …). 

    All minecarts should have the same "mass". Collisions should be "elastic" as in conservation of momentum and kinetic energy. (Maybe a slight loss of energy)  Connections between minecarts should be deterministic not random events. Minecarts should have a "brake". How about the "P" key, multiple strokes that each remove a small amount of energy.

    Basically forget the "frills" until the basics are fixed.

    This would be a great feature for part 2 of the caves and cliffs update.
