Empty Spawners and mining spawners with silk touch

Mining a spawner with a silk touch pickaxe should drop a the spawner. but the spawner wouldn't work without a 5X5 mossy cobblestone floor beneath it, and any extra mossy cobblestone block added to the walls of the 5X5 cube would make it more efficient. 

Also, the empty spawner block should be available in the creative inventory, and right-clicking it with a spawn egg will make it spawn that mob. Right-clicking an empty spawner with a spawn egg will make it go full powered without needing mossy cobblestone. the spawning speed of the spawner can be changed with BlockData.

    The issue is that pretty much any spawner design you would want to use to take advantage of having a spawner where you want it would not have any floor, at least not right underneath the spawner...

    I like the idea and think that it should be in the game but the fact that it gets more efficient with every mossy cobblestone there is you should take that idea down make it like this:

    Silk touch with only a diamond picaxe can allow you to get the spawner and the mob in it so you can place it were ever you go but you can only get one by useing silk touch with a Diamond picaxe only

    Maybe it only had a 15% drop rate even with silk touch?

    Well it would be better if you could get it with the new Netherite Pickaxe
