    I would be fine with the charged creeper doing the job for all mob types, passive and hostile (except the dragon)

    I think they should all have a percentage chance to drop them except for the ones we already have

    I like the idea, but I think they should just have a chance of dropping them when killed. They should each have a different percent chance of dropping their head.

    If you want to know how to do it look at xisumavoid‘s data pack called more mob heads this pack should be in normal vanilla minecraft

    Or just have it how they have it on java and do so they have a percent chance of dropping and it gets higher with each looting effect

    I enjoy this idea immensely, First off we would need very low spawn rates, because we don't need people just farming heads and griefing. I think it would be fun to have to have a special tool or machine. (Guillotine, Special enchantment increases drop rate. NOT looting. Etc.) Also what is your plan for mobs with small heads? I am very intersted in this idea and intrigued to learn more.

    NO. We can not have dolphins or turtles or bees drop heir heads. I AM NOT HAVING THAT ENDANGERED ANIMALS ARE GOING TO BE HUNTED. THERE IS A REASON WHY THESE DONT DROP ANYTHING GOOD. If I could downvote this then yay. I think that all UNREAL mobs should drop their head when killed by a charged creeper. Apart from wither skelly case its 2%. Wither will 75% drop on death. Enderdragon stays on the ships

    Definitely voted for, BUT:

     

    I think it is too complicated to obtain them the ways you mentioned above.

    I think the Mob Heads should be available as loot in the structures home to the mobs.

     

    For Example:

    Enderman Heads in End Citys

    Creeper Heads in Spawner Rooms

    Hoglin Heads in Bastions

    Maybe not so hard to obtain them.  Just when you kill them there is a chance.  Maybe you could use shears on them?  This would make it difficult on the hostioe mobs.

    Maybe when you take care of an endangered animal it gives you a head and tells you not to hunt him cous he is endangered?

    I don’t think that getting the heads should be that complicated. Maybe if you have a sword with silk touch, there is a 25% chance of getting the mobs head.

    i think that all of these odds and percentages are unnecessary. many if you just kill a mob with a sword enchanted with silk touch then the mob will drop its head. and i think all heads should be added and that all heads will fit on a player.

    I think what would make them even more worth getting is when you right clicked on the head, it would make the sound of that mob.

    Endermana head - yes!

    Piglin head - no

    Zombiefield Piglin head - yes

    Alex head - yes!

    Husk head - maybe

    Drowned head - maybe

    Stray head - maybe

    Blaze head - No. But... light block? Maybe. But... no.

    Illagers heads - no, no, no, no, no!

    Villagers heads - no, no, no, no, no!

    Animals heads - NO!

    Golem head - No!

    It would be cool to be able to trade them from wandering traders. Y'know, give them some purpose.

    i think it's a pretty good idea, but i think that you need to be able to obtain them just by  killing the mob and every mob will have a diffrent chance of droping its head

    No passive mob heads, please. I don't want to go on a server and see people killing dolphins or sea turtles! But more hostile mob heads.

    Piglin head: Chance of being dropped when killed by wither skeleton
    If you wear it, piglins, including brutes will not attack you, but if you take it off, they will attack you even if you are wearing gold with extra strength.

    I think we should get the Wandering Pillager. A dual Sword wielding trader who has to be bribed not to kill you. (with diamonds?) If you succeed in bribing him, you could trade for the mob heads mentioned in the post above. I think the bribing price should be variable, and he could accept multiple forms of payment. He would behave similar to that of “Johnny the axe man” joyfully murdering creatures on the hillside.

    This would allow us to get the mob heads without encouraging animal cruelty. To encourage peacefulness, you could fight the wandering pillager for some sort of special drop as well.

    Yeah I’d like more things to collect throughout the game like mob heads and possibly an achievement for finding them all

    Wax heads perhaps? Just surround the skull/head of any mob with bee's wax. Rename it on an anvil to apply the desired texture. Would make bees even more useful and allow us to obtain custom player heads via completely legitimate means, Giving us an enormously useful tool for decorating our builds.
