If you have water breathing of any type enabled on you, the oxygen bar should not appear

I think that if you have something that allows you to breathe somewhat underwater then the oxygen bar should not show until after the effects are gone, I understand that this might be tricky to add, but you gotta admit it does sound somewhat interesting doesn't it?     Similarly, fire should not show up if you have fire resistance.
