Make Turtles Neutral

I think turtles should be made as neutral mobs. But they'd be similar to llamas. If the player attacks them, they'd attack once and be done. Certain species of turtles will bite if threatened and the threat comes close enough.

    I like the sea turtles as passive mobs.

    Snapping turtles will literally bite anything that gets close enough with the intent of eating it, but that's not a reason for sea turtles in Minecraft to be aggressive mobs.

    They should be as neutral as polar bears.  If something attracts a baby, many adults get mad.  If something attacks an adult, a few adults get mad.
