Transfer packets

Hi, my idea is to add a transfer packet asked by Hypixel Network to connect from AU Server to an EU Server. 

It can be useful for have a better bing.

    We seriously need transfer packets, the ping on the best minecraft servers is unbearable for us Asian and other region players for other servers.

    To be honest if this was added I would Definately play a lot more hypixel because it would actually be playable

    Please add Transfer Packets to Java, it will increase the QoL of all players worldwide.Its a little program code for you microsoft programmers to include with such a high effect... Don't listen to money, listen to your COMMUNITY!
