Mob absorbing slimes

You know like in the movies and shows, when there's a slime in then it absorbs something up. Why not Minecraft slimes? Bigger ones can absorb bigger mobs, and after some time, they start to suffocate, and in a 25%, they can absorb you! To escape, just jump until you get out.

    This would have more potential I'm thinking down in the caves.

    Ye' just ain't been mining till a Slime blocks the other mouth of the cave, with all the intent to gobble you up. But don't you go down without a swinging fight.
