/tellraw Command

I think that adding /tellraw to Bedrock would benifit mapmakers and YouTubers alike. /say is ridiculously limited and should be replaced by the Java command: /tellraw.

Agreed! Here is documentation for the format. This should work for /tellraw and /title:
