Ok. So I was playing Minecraft (Bedrock) on the Nintendo Switch (NS) while cross playing with my friend on Windows 10. I soon discovered I couldn't connect to my friend while having certain content active on the NS. While I was already aware content like the Mario Mash up cannot be use, its not clear (IMO) as to what other content cannot be used during cross play, or content that may cause issues durring cross play.
I've came up with a suggestion that involes adding an icon similar to the lock icon used to indicate content you own, but in this case being a icon that represents "Non-Cross Play." This icon would be used to identify (as the name suggests) content that can't be used via cross play and lessen the confusion for those trying to connect with each other. - I was waiting ages trying to connect with my friend before finding out I had to revert my skin & texture packs to default (I wasn't even using the Mario pack either). It might also help further to create a second icon to go along side the Non-Cross Play to indicate the possiblity of issues with cross play when using certain texture/resource packs.
(FYI: I understand Bedrock has just came out on NS and its still in its early stages)
